The challenges have escalated and it's urgent.
The crisis has passed, what should we do next?
We're planning ahead and looking for guidance.
How the work goes
01 THE INTRO CALL
We begin with a complimentary conversation about what your family is facing and where you need support. I listen, ask questions, and help you make sense of the options ahead. Together, we determine whether I’m the right person to help and identify next steps.
02 GETTING THE FULL PICTURE
I take time to understand your loved one and your family, including their strengths, relationships, challenges, and what has or hasn’t helped. Through conversations with you and with professional consultation, alongside a review of relevant records and evaluations, I build a fuller understanding of your needs to guide thoughtful recommendations.
03 THE PLAN
I recommend a small selection of carefully vetted schools, colleges, or therapeutic programs I have confidence in, considering your child’s strengths, needs, and goals alongside each setting’s approach, community, and support resources. From there, I help your family weigh the options, navigate applications and admissions conversations, and prepare for the next step.
04 STAYING IN THE WORK
My support continues beyond creating a plan and offering recommendations through careful, clinically informed care coordination. I stay connected with your family and the professionals involved, helping you navigate challenges, assess changing needs, and plan for transitions. Drawing on a nationwide network of trusted relationships, I advocate for your child and family. I remain a steady point of contact through successes, difficult decisions, and what comes next.
